Impact Projects is where AX Impact Foundation develops and tests practical responses to challenges in housing, development and everyday life.

Each project begins with a question about the difference it could make, then brings together the people needed to answer it.

A good idea can begin in a project, a conversation or a question asked on site. Publishing gives it another life.

It allows what we have learnt to be examined, shared and carried into work we may never see ourselves.

middle-income earners, from the bank teller to the young professional and the manager, can afford well-designed homes in established neighbourhoods, instead of living two hours from work
